Mathias Island at Fortune Bay is not just a planned urban development,
and Timeless Designs Corporation is not just a real estate development
company. Business-as-usual development companies traditionally buy
some land and then construct houses, condos, strip malls, offices...
and then sell the buildings and move on to the next project.
Timeless Designs Corporation, however, is bucking tradition. We plan
to build, not just a master-planned community but a community of
communities. Each themed community within the development will be its
own small town, supported by the company and encouraged to behave like
a small town.
Perhaps most importantly, TDC and its officers and executives will work
and live within the community. We're not going to build and run; we're
building our home as well as yours. TDC will be active in the community,

because it's a good marketing gimmick? Far from it. In fact, the reason
is that it's how we want to live as well.
The corporation will also be actively involved in education, public safety,
and education. It will care for our elderly and infirm, and it will
care for those who are less fortunate or marginalized by society with
health programs, welfare-to-work programs, self help seminars, and anything
else we can think of to ensure that our neighbors have unparalleled
quality of life.
