TDC was formed to address a need throughout the United States: the need
to create an environment where development and nature met to set a
standard for future urban development. As simple as the huge elm trees
that created a beautiful relaxing town under their shadowed canopy,
which was the norm in our childhood, TDC's vision embraces that
need for an urban setting built around the peace and serenity of a
natural environment.
Utilizing modern technology and the environment for the greater good of
all concerned satisfies this need. To care that what we build stands
the test of time, not just the race to the bank, means we build
environments that practice good stewardship of the lands we develop as
