The "Future Island" will be home to the tallest tower in the
development. Surrounding the tower will be townhome complexes
exclusively for those who work in the tower. Timeless Designs
firmly believes that innovation doesn't just happen at a desk or
in front of a computer, but that if you put forward-thinkers together
in a community where they can work, play, and socialize together day
in and day out, innovation will happen.
Constructed as the last phase of development, Timeless Designs will
partner with and support the up-and-coming technology companies of
the future. The Towers at Isola Futura will provide office space and
laboratory facilities for companies situated there, and an infrastructure
that will support and encourage collaboration between them. In exchange,
Timeless Designs will retain a small share in each of the companies and
also will work with those companies to integrate their new technologies
and processes into the Mathias Island at Fortune Bay community.
This relationship will ensure that Mathias Island will continually
evolve, benefitting as early as possible from the ingenuity of its
people.
