The 20 and 30 story automated parking garages allow the driver to drive in the garage and park his car. The “garage” will raise the locked car up to a spot where the car is parked. When the driver returns the “garage” brings his car back down.

This same technology will be applied to the marina’s dry stack storage. An automated industrial crane integrated into the storage buildings will quickly and effortlessly lift boats from the water and direct them to their storage racks.
